Access

You send us an inquiry with your reservation dates and room preferences via email, the website reservation form or the reservation platforms we are registered with. We will answer to your request within 48 hours.

You can also make a booking yourself directly on our site by clicking on the corresponding button "make a reservation" or "booking inquiry"

You will need to provide valid credit card information (Visa or Mastercard) at time of booking to hold your reservation.

You can cancel between 60 to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival depending on the rate you choose. After those periods or if you don’t show or leave early we will charge the full rental amount. 

Please note that our check-in time is from 5pm-7:30pm. 

Early check-in from 2pm, if available, +30€. Kindly confirm with us a day prior to your arrival. 

Late check-in after 8pm +50€. No more check-ins after 11pm.

We ask that you check out by 11am in the morning. If it does not conflict with other reservations we will always try to accommodate you with a late departure.

We have a 24h secure parking lot that holds one car per rental unit. The access code will be given to you upon reservation. If you bring more than 1 car you may leave the second car outside of the property.

Due to our small size we dont have luggage porters or service. For that reason we suggest after check-in you bring your car to the back entrance, which is closer to the rooms and will make it easier for you to unload your luggage yourself.

We recommend renting a car to be independently mobile. Please note that all commerce is a few kilometers away from us. A car will serve you well to explore the surroundings. However we can provide pick-up and drop off service from and to the train station or airport and can also arrange for drivers during the day if you prefer to be taken around. The immediate surroundings can also very well be explored by bike or scooters, which both can be rented.

A few bikes will be available on the property for your complementary use on a first come first serve basis. Further on we can rent e-bikes for you. We also offer pick nick baskets.

According to season we start heating the outdoor pool around mid April and keep it until mid October. Weather permitting we may extend the open season either way.

You cannot smoke in the rooms or buildings, however smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas.

There is free WIFI in all rooms and around the breakfast terrace and pool. However please note that we are in the countryside. The signal is not reliable.

All rooms include the following basic fit out: Queen or King size bed, comfort mattress, pillow menu, down comforter, bed linen, air conditioning / heating, closet space, suitcase rack, shopping basket, straw hats, umbrellas, free Wi-Fi, daily fresh filtered water bottles, rain shower, complementary bath towels, bath robes, pool towels, towel heater, hair dryer and bathroom amenities during your stay.

We serve breakfast daily on the breakfast terrace between 9:00-11:00am. If you rent a room or a suite your breakfast is included. Daily breakfast is not included with gites.

If you remain on property during the day and feel a craving coming up please let us know. 

Unless you booked a gite type room with a kitchen we do not offer a place where you can prepare your own food. We recommend dining out, as we have a lot of nice restaurants in the region, from simple farm-to-table to Michelin star dining. Please refer to "our recommendations" under the information tab of the website. 

From June to September we host usually on Wednesdays a chef's table for all our guests. It's a 4-course meal prepared by a local chef for us around a convivial long table on our terrasse. You can book this until two days prior with us for an extra fee.

We also offer a one-time per stay private dinner under our fig tree. We prepare for you a home cooked 4 course meal if you choose to stay in one night. Please reserve this at least 2 days in advance.

Let us know what you are looking for. There are restaurants everywhere around us from simple dining to Michelin star cuisine. The closest are about 5minutes away by car. 

You are welcome to bring food and eat in the designated areas such as the breakfast or pool terrace or the garden or court lounges. Let us know if you need plates, silverware and glasses. Please do not leave food behind as it attracts animals you may not like to encounter.

We do not allow for individual outdoor grilling or cooking on the property.

You can find all kind of stores inclusive of a pharmacy, 3 ATMs, banks, a large super market, bakeries, a butcher shop, a gas station and much more for your immediate needs in Coustellet, 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes away by bike. 

The rooms will be freshened up every morning between 11am-3pm. 

No, everything is provided for.

We change sheets and towels every 3 days. Extra towels, sheets or request for change will be billed to you at extra cost.

Yes, we have a pillow menu: you can choose from 4 different types of cushions.

Yes all the rooms, suites and gites feature a reversible  air-conditioning / heating system. The units are individually controllable from your room.

No we do not feature safes in the rooms.

There is a washer, a drying rack and an iron + board available in some gites. Otherwise we offer a 24h laundry service  for 30€ per load.

We do not allow pets.

Yes, as long as your room is not rented after you or you are willing to switch to an available room.
